What leather do you use?
We use top-grain leather, the highest quality cut of the hide, known for its durability, texture, and natural character. It softens and develops a patina over time, making each bracelet uniquely yours.

Where are Qarax bracelets made?
Every bracelet is handcrafted in Peru by our family's leather accessories business, which has been operating for over three decades. Designed in Miami, made in Peru.

How does the clasp work?
Qarax bracelets feature a magnetic clasp for easy on and off with one hand. It holds securely throughout the day without stretching or wearing out the leather.

Can I mix colors in a bundle?
Yes. Our 2-pack and 3-pack bundles let you choose a different color for each slot, so you can build a set that matches your style. You can also choose different sizes.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is also available at checkout. Orders of $99 or more ship free.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Email us at support@qarax.co to start the process.

How do I care for my bracelet?
Keep it away from water and direct sunlight for extended periods. Wipe clean with a dry cloth. The leather will naturally age and soften with wear, as that's part of its character.
