Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Qarax bracelet. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn and in its original condition
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging (dust bag and leather pouch)
  • Request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date

How to request a return or exchange: Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for your request. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping. We'll cover shipping on the replacement order.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on refunds. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Qarax is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items showing signs of wear
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if, in the unlikely case it happens, the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
